A simple explanation of how to complete our booking form.
Yes it's easy, it's all there for you! All you have to do is give the relevant information, where asked to!
OK! Lets run through it!
Name : Your first and family names are required.
Mobile No : Your number plus country code (country will do if code not known)
Have it switched on once you've landed!
Arrival airport : i.e. Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stanstead etc.
Terminal : At Heathrow this will be 1,2,3,4 or 5 at Gatwick this will be North or South.
All other South East airports have only one terminal.
Arrival date : Remember we need arrival date, not always the same as take off date!
Scheduled arr time : The time they lied by saying you would land at. (so we know you will be
either late or early but don't worry we monitor all flights!)
Flight No : i.e. BA 123, SA 234, LH 4596 etc. It will be on your itinerary.
Departure city : NOT the airport name but the city you came from.
Meet at Gate : Do you want us to come into the terminal to meet you?
If not, answer no to this question.
Meet outside : We can meet you outside the terminal at a designated area which regular
travellers become familiar with. (not recommended for one off travellers)
Reclaim time reqd : How long you think it will take to get your bags.
We recommend, Domestic 25mins, European 35mins, International 45mins
Final destination: Where you want us to take you.
E-mail address : Just so we can communicate if we need to.
other info : Anything else you think may help, like an alternative phone number or any
specific requirements etc.
