Heathrow T1 pick up point is found by exiting the baggage reclaim hall and walking straight ahead towards the lifts at the far end of the terminal, Get in the lift and go to the departures level exit the lift and walk straight ahead until you reach zone C just past this to your right is an exit. Leave the building at this point. Once outside there will be a pedestrian crossing, use this and cross two lanes of traffic and you will be at the top of a set of nine steps. Go down these nine steps (or the ramp next to them) your taxi will be waiting there displaying your name in their window.
